James Duncan, BRE
James leads the Built Environment Team, which supports the Construction and Infrastructure Industry, both in the UK and Internationally. James has experience in traditional construction, Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), facilities management and digital platform integration from both a contractor and client-facing perspective. The Built Environment Team at BRE provides product testing and compliance of structures and building products and materials via on-site testing at clients’ sites, as well as testing that takes place at our campus in Garston, Watford. A key focus of the team is to develop certification for construction products to support innovation to enable safer and more sustainable solutions for future construction and infrastructure projects.
