Jaspreet Singh, Pre-Construction Manager, Fusion Steel Framing
Jaspreet is the Pre-Construction Manager for Fusion Steel Framing Ltd. He has a 15-year legacy of design within the Off-Site construction sector and the experience of more than 100 successful projects.
His role utilises his experience to optimise superstructure designs to benefit from the use of Light Steel Framing. Working as an integral part of the client’s core design team he assists in the developing of the designs and importantly the integration into design and buildability of the clients supply chain. This involves working closely with the key consultative team of architects, engineers & M&E designers, fire engineers etc.
As a previously Qualified Passivhaus Designer and experience within sustainable design, green, renewable energy sector, one of his key achievements was the design of the first Passivhaus in Oxford.
His focus over recent years has been within the Residential, Student Accommodation, Care, ‘Airspace’ and Hotel sectors, ranging from two storey housing through to 11 storeys PRS projects.
