Joanne Hiscock, Head of Strategic Asset Management, Moat Homes
Joanne Hiscock is the Head of Strategic Asset Management at Moat Housing and currently manages the Sustainability Team, Asset Team and Building Safety Information Manager. She has worked in social housing for over 24 years and has 16 years specifically within the Repairs and Maintenance sector. Having worked within local government and Housing Associations she has built up extensive knowledge in delivering of repairs contracts, refurbishment projects and asset management at a senior level. Joanne is a Board Member for the South East Consortium and supports building relationships with SME’s.
