Marianne Heaslip, Technical Lead, People Powered Retrofit
Marianne is Technical Lead at People Powered Retrofit, working on the development of services, training, and tools to support more and better domestic retrofit across the UK. She has more than a decade of design experience in retrofit project design and delivery, with much of this work carried out in collaboration with Carbon Coop supporting people to retrofit their own homes. Marianne has also worked on scaling up retrofit in social and community-led housing – from TSB Retrofit for the Future, through work with Community Land Trusts and cooperatives, and on several large-scale social housing decarbonisation fund projects in her time at URBED. This wealth of experience now informs her role at People Powered Retrofit.
