Stuart is a well-known figure in the Energy Assessment industry having played a significant role in the development of energy assessment calculations. As Managing Director, of Elmhurst, he is responsible for maintaining Elmhurst’s position at the forefront of technical and legislative thinking; delivering market leading products and services.
Stuart has extensive experience in all aspects of this constantly evolving sector, which has included the development of the original RdSAP and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).
Over the years, he has worked on various government and industry Working/Steering Groups for Part L, BR443 U-Value Calculations, and PAS 2035. He is also chair of the Energy Assessor Scheme Operating Board (EASOB), and a member of the NHBC Foundation Expert Panel, the SAP Scientific Integrity Group (SAPSIG) as well as the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE).
