Vicky Fordham-Lewis, Managing Director, Osborne Property Services
Vicky Fordham-Lewis was welcomed into the role of Managing Director for Osborne Property Services Ltd, its social housing services business. Joining Osborne in September 2020, at a very pivotal time, she has made significant inroads – reinforcing the businesses focus on customer service, performance and quality, and leading business response to the changing needs of its customers and the emerging market.
An area of priority is preparing the business to deliver against the central government’s carbon zero commitments. With our sector facing a monumental challenge, Vicky has developed a robust Carbon Neutral team equipped with the skills and knowledge to deliver against government targets, bringing resident engagement to the forefront.
Vicky is a passionate and strategic leader, who has invaluable knowledge of the housing sector, and a customer centric approach to service delivery. Her ambition, knowledge, and vision are a force which is taking the business into the next stages of growth.
