earth4Earth Technology Ltd

Carbon-Negative Masonry System

Our innovation is a carbon-negative brick solution that permanently captures and stores CO₂ within the material during production, transforming traditional masonry into a carbon sink rather than a carbon source.

Unlike conventional bricks, which are carbon-intensive, our product achieves negative embodied carbon while maintaining structural performance and compatibility with existing construction methods.

This innovation addresses one of the built environment's biggest challenges—reducing embodied carbon at scale—by providing a practical, scalable, and immediately deployable solution for low-rise construction, façades, and infrastructure.

With verified environmental performance and readiness for real-world applications, this solution has the potential to significantly accelerate the transition to net-zero and beyond.

Madaster

Madaster Match (Urban mining tool)

Madaster Match enables industrial re-use at scale by connecting verified material data from buildings directly with demand from producers. By identifying, quantifying and qualifying materials before demolition, it transforms buildings into resource hubs rather than waste streams.

The platform creates a new level of collaboration across the value chain—linking property owners, contractors and manufacturers in one ecosystem—enabling take-back systems and high-value reuse. This reduces waste, preserves embedded value and significantly lowers embodied carbon.

Built on trusted material data, Madaster Match supports circular business models, strengthens supply chain resilience and accelerates the transition to a regenerative, net-zero built environment. Its scalable approach has the potential to fundamentally change how materials are sourced, valued and reused across the industry.

Switchable Insulation

CLARIFI: Climate-responsive smart-facade panels which reduce heating & cooling energy demands and improve comfort for building occupants

CLARIFI is a world-first, climate-adaptive façade insulation system designed to tackle a critical unintended consequence of modern construction: insulation and airtightness are driving severe overheating in apartment buildings, increasing reliance on energy-intensive air conditioning and making compliance with Building Regulations Part O more challenging.

CLARIFI solves this by enabling façades to dynamically switch between insulating and heat-releasing modes—retaining heat in winter while passively preventing overheating in summer. This delivers 25–40% reductions in heating and cooling demand with zero operational energy input.

Using a novel liquid–vapour thermal diode, CLARIFI requires no motors, fans, or electricity, offering a simple, scalable solution that integrates with standard construction and avoids the carbon penalty of active cooling systems.

By directly addressing overheating at source, CLARIFI enables compliant, climate-resilient buildings that reduce carbon emissions and eliminate reliance on air conditioning—providing a practical pathway to net zero in a warming world.
